Can you deliver and set up a bouncy castle if it rains or on a wet day?

Yes, we deliver and set up in light to moderate rain (your party can still go ahead!). We use waterproof materials and can provide tarps if needed. In very heavy storms or high winds (> Beaufort force 5 / ~19-24 mph), we may need to postpone for safety, we’ll discuss this with you and offer flexible rescheduling or refunds.

Can bouncy castles be set up indoors, in a hall, marquee, or community centre?

Absolutely, many of our smaller and medium-sized bouncy castles, disco domes, and soft play sets are perfect for indoor venues. We just need adequate ceiling height (usually 3m+), good access, and a power socket nearby. Let us know your venue details so we can recommend the best options.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured, and all our equipment is tested, checked and cleaned regularly.

Does the size of my garden/play area matter?

It might. Please inform us of any difficulties we may have bringing our equipment in/out before we arrive.

How much space do I need for a bouncy castle in my garden or venue?

It depends on the unit size,  for example, a standard 12ft x 12ft castle needs about 15ft x 15ft of clear space plus 4-6ft extra around it for anchoring and safety. We’ll send exact measurements when you enquire and can advise based on your chosen inflatable.

What is the typical hire duration for a bouncy castle, is it just a few hours or all day?

Standard hires include a full day (usually 6–8 hours from delivery to collection), perfect for parties. We offer overnight and weekend hires too, great for multi-day events or sleepovers. Just specify your preferred times when booking.

Do I need an electric power supply for the bouncy castle?

Yes, our inflatables use powerful electric blowers that require a standard 13-amp household socket (within ~30–50m of setup). We bring extra-long cables if needed. No generator required unless you’re in a field with no power. Which can be provided. 

Are your bouncy castles suitable for toddlers, young children, or adults?

We have dedicated toddler/low-height castles (with soft sides and lower bounce), family-friendly ones for mixed ages, and larger adult models for teens/big kids. Tell us the age range of your guests so we can match the perfect safe option.

What happens if the wind picks up during the hire, is it safe?

Safety first, we monitor wind speeds and follow strict guidelines (typically safe up to ~20–24 mph depending on the model). If it gets too windy, we’ll deflate and secure or collect early at no extra cost. We can advise on wind-safe anchoring too.

How do I book a bouncy castle and do you require a deposit?

Easy – message, call, or use our online form to check availability. We do not require a deposit.

Do you offer discounts for multiple items, party packages, or longer hires?

Yes, we provide great deals on combos (e.g., bouncy castle + soft play + slide), full weekend hires, or adding extras like disco lights or games. Ask about our current packages and multi-item discounts when you enquire.
